Südhang Austernbar

We will be taking a summer break from July 23 to August 9, 2025. During this time, we will continue to serve drinks to our guests as usual from the wine shop. The tables will remain available to all visitors to the hall, just as they are on days when the oyster bar is closed.

Connoisseurs know: Fresh oysters and sparkling champagne can hardly be separated. In the Südhang Oyster Bar, dazzlingly decorated platters and sparkling wines meet an excellent selection of fine oysters. Fish lovers will also find a wide range of freshwater and sea fish. Whether Spécial-de-Claire-Moreau No 3, Irish Mor oysters or local organic char – the Südhang Oyster Bar leaves no culinary wish unfulfilled.
