Emma's Trüffel

For Thierry Garzotto, the world revolves around truffles. Together with his dog Emma dei Silvanbull, he regularly goes hunting for truffles in Zurich. Each Saturday, he sells the black nuggets from Switzerland, Italy and France at his stall in the forecourt of Markthalle. Also available is a wide variety of natural and local products alongside accessories for everything to do with truffles. Always at his side is his Lagotto Romagnolo, with whom he also offers truffle seminars for gourmets and truffle courses for dog owners in the city of Zurich.
